After clicking New File, in the pop-up window, we used to be able to drag and drop messages from Outlook and files from the computer to the ‘Choose file’ field, which made attaching files pretty quick. Now it seems the latest NetSuite update has broken this, it doesn’t accept drag-and-drop any more. Anyone else having this issue? We don’t use the File Drag & Drop Suitebundle because it’s folder structure is not what we want…
