Is there a way to mark a item field checkbox as checked if the item shows in a saved search?

By some sort of schedule workflow or script.

I want it to be dynamic, as new items are added to the search, the checkbox on that item gets checked. Basically I want a checkbox being checked if the item is listed on the website.

You'll have to script it or a scheduled workflow
