Any reason why the Department in the Item Receipt will be different from the PO Department without manually overridding it, or a workflow and script running?

Ahmmm. No, they belong to different umbrella of department-subdepartment. I just realized if the Department in the employee record matters. That I have to check but it shouldn't be overridding the department from the PO in theory.
