If I wanted to retrieve a list of all Items that do NOT use a particular ItemOption, what would be the best way?

Looking for the opposite of the list I’ve blacked out here:

summary criteria - sum case when option is the desired exception then 1 else 0 end - looking for 0

I don’t see ItemOptions in the Criteria Filter dropdown

Is there an interface for the users to run SuiteQL and get results outside of a script?

Not native in NetSuite but there is a SuiteApp that I forget the name of...
