Hi, is there a way for transactions within a specific saved search criteria to skip the Suite approvals workflow and become approved automatically?

No haven't created any workflow for this, I was wondering if it can be done natively by suite approvals

This would need a workflow. Suite approvals is technically workflows, so you can potentially add to them OR create a separate one
