Create a saved search in NetSuite to get the last modified percentage reflective of the 8 different tiers of pricing on an item ?

Can you clarify what you mean by "last modified percentage" and "tiers of pricing"? There are lot of ways of doing pricing/discounting for items. Regardless though, I think it's just a matter of doing an item search and pulling in the correct fields. If you're not already familiar with saved searches or item pricing, I can point you to a couple SuiteAnswers articles, but you've probably got many many hours of research and testing/playing ahead of you.
