Does anyone know how to restrict access to a specific Vendor's item receipt? Meaning only one or two people have access to accept purchase orders from a specific Vendor? Thanks in advance

As a first option a Workflow which stops the transactions records from. loading for that vendor when User != xyz.

Thank, I created a workflow to stop the Transaction - Item Receipt from happening, however I do not know how to set this for specific users. Where in the workflow can I set specific users to this workflow? Thanks in advance
