Hi all. We're getting a strange problem where items are having their last modified date updated but we dont know why. The system information doesnt show anything being updated and no workflow history. We think it must be something to do with a custom integration that we're having built (REST and SOAP) as its in a sandbox we're using just for that purpose. Are there any other ways to find out what's being modified?

Try a system notes saved search. Not all system notes that are recorded show up on the System Notes subtab I discovered recently.
