Does anyone know how to change/update a shipping address on an invoice where the period has already closed?

Go to closed period and set allow non GL changes. Then you should be able to change the address in closed period as well.

Then you should be able to edit the address. You might not be able to change shipping country if it changes the tax nexus.

Well it's an EDI account, so they aren't charged taxed. Whenever I changed/update the shipping address it reverts back. The order/IF/invoice all went thru without a zip code.

Maybe rather then updating the address add custom address. Custom address do not store to customer records. They only get stored with transactions.

It didn't work either, it shows that it's going to save, but when I save the changes it reverts back too.

Unless your account has some script to reverse it to original address. If not then raise a case with netsuite.
