Hi All - I had an employee spend personal charges on a corporate card. I've created a journal entry between AR/Corp Card to show this. My balance sheet is fine but for some reason the Journal Entry does not pull into the A/R Aging Summary report so now the two reports have a variance for that line equal to those charges. Relatively minor but can you JE into AR and also get it pull appropriately into the aging summary?

Debit AR Credit Corp Card

Have to assign a customer to the AR line

Yes I have and it still does not pull into A/R aging report.

Hmmm. Maybe because a JE has no due date? Not too sure on this one Does it show in the AR register?
