SOS! Need help writing the syntax for a workflow. I made a custom field "lead time" with drop down options of "2-4 weeks", "4-6 weeks", etc etc and need to create syntax that calculates a date in "end date" field when an option is selected

No expert on Workflows in fact I avoid them but if you're evaluating a dropdown in script the value is normally the internalid not the text so maybe that's the issue you're facing? (ignore me if you know for a fact it returns "2-4 Weeks" etc 😉 )

If you cannot see it, edit the list and then add &xml=T to the URL and look at the "valueid" value for each entry.
