Hi, I have updated the customer in NetSuite and given the access to role “customer center”, but I am not able to login with that customer. Any idea?

Make sure you are logging in to you company specific URL https://(ACCOUNTNUMBER).app.netsuite.com

Check to make sure that the role is not inactive. The customer url is different from the standard url.
