We want to integrate with AMEX, anyone have AMEX contact? The one we have wants to sell us stuff when we just need help getting setup to integrate.

Hi Tammy. My company integrates with NetSuite's payment instruments and is able to allow you to accept Amex, Visa, MC and Discover. Our app is available in SuiteApps, but you will need an Amex account as well as a processing account to accept VS, MC and Disc.
