Is there any way to see system notes of who modified a Bin? Doesn't seem to be available...

Try creating a bin search and use the USER fields in results along with Last Modified. You might get there.

thanks for the reply @Ryan Dean but no luck. User field is only showing the user who created the bin. Last modified is only showing when the record was created. Weird that this record doesn't get system notes like all others. Oh well...
