Create a custom record with the Basic Customer Information like Name, Phone Number, Email Id and Address after that what is your task is after selecting Customer, remaining fields(Phone Number, Email Id and Address) should populate automatically from the selected customer record. How to do this using client script ? how can we do it using post sourcing also
