Can I inactivate the SuiteApprovals bundle without uninstalling the bundle? I dont want it to run right now, but may want it down the road.

I can't remember if that initiates off of workflows or scripts, but either way, if you shut off the workflow or script that kicks it off, that should do it.

I disabled the workflow and it started giving me a errors when trying to submit POs

actually apologies, not an error, but the approval process seems to still be active.  I get the approval process awaiting assignment banner after I submit.

Hmm might be a script that works in conjunction with the original save then. I'd have to defer to someone who might know more about SuiteApprovals. I worked more with its predecessor Advanced Approvals.

If you go to Customization&gt;Scripting&gt;Scripted Records and look at the PO, you can see if there are any scripts running on the PO doc that originate from that bundle. Would recommend playing around with this in Sandbox of course....
