Hello! I have a custom entity field (list/record type) that I need to populate with a custom list of employees. For some reason, I can't figure out how to create a custom list of employees (not all employees, just a subset of users). These users all have the same Job Title. What am I missing? If I can't do that, any workarounds? I thought maybe tag the users as "Support Rep," since we don't use that feature, but there's not a Support Rep list option. Thanks a million.

What happens when you try to set up the field? Does Employee just not appear as an option here:

Hey Jen! Employee appears for me, it is just all employees - not what I wanted. I thought I could create a separate list of just SOME employees. However someone just told me to try filtering the list...that worked to bring it down. I'll just have to see if that affects an integration I have!

you may want to create a separate list SOME Employees and add them to that list and then add the list to the field

you do this by using Sourcing and Filtering on he Custom field.
