How can we trace the saved search that sent the scheduled email? I think somebody said that it's possible through some IDs in the email link or somewhere there but I couldn't find it.

I look in Reports, Saved Search All, filter by Email Alerts, sort by Time. (For internal use Saved Search emails I also include the search name in the sent info.)

Open the email sent by the saved search. Go to Files > Properties copy paste the internal headers to Text editor and look for the word search
you will be able to see the search id
