That sounds like script to me

I was wondering if that was going to be the case. I've used workflows to use the value of a custom field to change fields, but have not gotten one to work on Sales Orders from web store orders.

You could do an after submit potentially - but then the person on the website has a negative experience when they submit their order.

Thanks for the help, we got it working. Context for web store is still User Interface instead of Web Store or Web Application.
