Hi, I'm using both iMac and laptop with Windows. On my iMac I can't see the check box for bank reconciliation and Accept Customer Payments. They're replaced with dots instead. Meanwhile I can't see drop down menu as well. I have to type the value by myself. But it works perfect on Windows. Is there anyone can help? Thanks.

try clearing browser cache

The menus all white also? I've seen it occasionally where the coloring gets all messed up and it looks like fields aren't there, even when they really are. Try going into Home>Set Preferences>Appearance and change your color scheme to see if that does anything.

yup I get that when the menu background goes light grey
