I cannot for the life of me figure this out, maybe someone has some insight. We're using Oneworld where Netsuite has multiple subs. In email preferences, its set to use the subsidiary's email address...but for some reason, the email that comes through uses the right "sub"s email...but the wrong sub's name in the email. Is there anywhere to set that that I'm missing?

@Sean not sure I fully understand the question, but check what's in the user's preferences as that comes into play with outbound messages
