Our Purchase Order form contain an "expected receipt date" field. I want to let everyone view Purchase Order forms so they can get this valuable piece of information, but I don't want everyone to see pricing for items on the PO. When I try to create a custom form and hide pricing, the Sublist Field of Amount is checked and can't be unchecked. (?) Anyone have a work around to let users see information on a PO without letting them see pricing? (I'm thinking a saved search may be my only option here?)

That what i would do. Seems like the least amount of work as well. Youd have to restrict them from opening the record tho. You could also potentially a create one of those dynamic csv exports that grab fresh report data upon opening the file and hide any price columns. Trying to remember the name of this feature...
