On the Sales order Form, we have field "Shipping Carrier" (Field ID: shipcarrier). We have two option to chose from, UPS FedEx/More Is it possible to change the detail in the list? I just want to change "FedEx/More" to "Other" Thanks.

I'm not 100% sure it's true, but I don't have the answer on how to do it at the moment. I can tell you that I have a client where the options are UPS and MORE, no "Fedex/More" so i feel like there is a way...
could just be based on the features enabled it doesn't even show Fedex or USPS, because I don't see a way to edit it...sorry

I feel like you can customize the field list when you customize the form. Then create a list drop down with the exact wording you want

I looked at the customize form and I could not find a place where I would be able to change it. I may not be looking in the correct place. If you find the correct path for me to be able to make the change, that would be fantastic! thanks,

It would depend on where that field lies in the form. Is it an item level field or is it a Primary Item?

I moved it to the main page (Primary) under the Sales Information group

You should be able to goto Customize > Customize Form > Screen Fields > = You should be able to see Shipping Carrier in that list under sales information Once you located it > Click on New Field Button > It should take you to transaction body field and be a blank page On the top right corner of the page there is a hyperlink called 'list' > Click 'list' and it will take you to all transaction body fields ever created in your NS. Look for yours by making sure the sorter on the right hand side is correct Once you find yours click on it and see what the record type is... If it is list/record then you need to find out what the list/record is called Once you find the list/record name then go into customization > List Records > List = and search for your list in there and you can edit list as long as it wasn't batch created in the sandbox. If there is a lock icon on it you can just create a new list that has everything you need in it

Chris - this is a native field that is dictated by some preferences being turned on in the account.

Thanks for the help. I followed thru, but I don't think I have access. When I get to Transaction Body Fields it is not there. This particular field also ties to our shipping software, Oz-Link. I was hoping it was an easy fix and I was just going down the wrong path. I guess I will have to leave it as is. I do not want to create new tables when the current one is tied to outside software. Thanks again
