In general no. You would need to do a Cash Sale Refund in NetSuite to force a refund in the payment gateway. Which CC processing solution are you using?

Ok. That would be a SuitePayments provider and by default any CC transaction that is deleted will not cause a refund in the gateway.

Thanks! I'm actually configuring everything now, chose legacy bc it seemed less complicated. I charged myself 1.00 as a test and then just deleted the transaction without refunding...🙄

You can go into CyberSource and void the transaction before it batches.
