Hello experts, I have created a saved search for extracting Balances for a given month for all Balance Sheet accounts in NetSuite. The issue is the saved search returns duplicate rows for each GL account. Can you please help ? My saved search criteria is : – Account Type : Various Balance Sheet Items – Bank , Current Assets etc etc.. Posting = True Period = Last 18 months In the results I only have – Account Number , Account Name , Period and Amount . Any way to only have a single row for an account by period ?

@Vikram if you can't figure out which join is causing your duplicate lines, you could always do a summary search and group on account number and period
