Hi All, I need advice. What is the best way to auto-email a vendor when they are late for a PO based on a custom column created? I've created a saved search that shows the following Vendor Name Vendor Email Vendor email 2 (custom object in vendor record) PO Number ITEM SKU Vendor Ready Date (custom column created with date) I want to set up... I think a workflow... that says 14 days before vendor ready date... email vendor email + Vendor email 2 with message that says "Hi Vendor... Will you be on time to ship {{insert PO #}}?" If vendor ready date = 2/14/2022 then send email 2/1/2022 Just trying to gauge whether installing an suiteapp is the answer or creating a workflow to do this or just doing a different program all together?

A scheduled workflow would do this just fine. Just do a formula of today - date field > 14 and then have it also set a custom checkbox or something so you know it sent and to take it out of the list.
