A customer asked me to schedule a mass update. The mass update is "Duplicate Resolutions Status". When I run it, it show a list of "Resolutions". I don't know what it is nor the record. Any idea how to "look" behind the scene ? Is there's a plug in that will show me "something" ? Or any of you knows something about "Duplicate Resolutions" ?
