Has anyone encountered how to remove the lock on specific items built in Netsuite? This guy who no longer works here created a transaction line field I need to implement with the same name but now I have to add something at the end of it just to create a new record and because he put that lock on the item I can't edit it.

So there is no way to unlock the bundle without the developers permission to release something...

Was the bundle created in an account you control? Hopefully not a sandbox that has since been refreshed

I think it was created in a SandBox...

@Chris if the user still exists, you can change the email address of the user to be an alias of your own and give that user access. Then you can login as them and do whatever you need

Yup but NetSuite "strongly recommends" not locking bundles from sandbox. Sounds like if you refresh that sandbox you are in trouble
