Has anyone tried Mineral Tree? Is it worth it? Any pros and cons?

Used it - I don't have perspective on if it's good or bad, but I'll say it does seem to take up a good amount of concurrency with basically constant SOAP Web Service requests.

It seems that its advantages include automated invoice capture and electronic payments. I think NS will have an automated invoice capture feature as well as announced during the last SuiteWorld if I'm not mistaken. As to electronic payments, NetSuite's Electronic Bank Payments Module is still not good enough compared to the electronic payments feature of other SuiteApps such as Mineral Tree. These are all based on documentations. We haven't actually tried Mineral Tree yet.

I can only say that we've had issues, but I don't interact with it on a regular basis, so I'd say it mostly works despite issues. Dependent on how it's implemented, of course. We've demoed other AP automation platforms like AvidXChange and have stayed on MineralTree. Issues like: Not successfully sending payments to the bank for a week after MineralTree updated a contingent API.(IP whitelisting by the bank, probably) Having no apparent auto-match for Netsuite POs that lack shipping costs to bills that include shipping.
