Hi Guys. Does anybody know if and how can we enable payroll feature in the test drive account? Currently if we try fetching payroll records using suitescript/restlet, we get this error: PAYROLL_FEATURE_DISABLED: You have not enabled the Payroll feature Please help.

If you don't have the option under Setup > Company > Enable Features > Employee > Payroll you will need to log a support request and they will more than likely provision you a new test drive account with it enabled. (This is how I have 10 different test drive accounts)
