Hi everyone, I am trying to create a workflow for sending emails by attaching the PDF for a custom record. But I don't that option ‘Include transaction’.Is there anything I missed in the custom record parameters ? Thanks in advance

It should be in the send email action config. There is an attachment section below the email message box

Hi Al1, Thanks for your help. I can't see that Include transaction part. It does appear on standard transactions records (invoice..) but not on my custom record
I am wondering if it is not possible to do an attachment for a custom record or I missed something on the custom record configuration

Did you enable Mail Merge for your custom record?
