I have a weird one.... NetSuite is giving me an "unexpected error" when I try to create a standalone Credit Memo. I can create one off an invoice, or edit an existing credit, it only fails on creating a new one. I don't see any scripts or workflows that would be impacting it in any way. Any ideas?

Check if there is any missing tax codes or any item/tax code accounts are inactive in the backend

I made the whole transaction non-taxable and ensured the tax code was the same as one of the transactions that is working. Still nothing

Did you check if there is any item having the account/revenue account which might be inactive?

i found it now.... So stupid I added a sales order field that was supposed to pull from the shipdate by default. It seems to have loaded on the CM as well, which does not have a ship date field. Thank you for your help
