12/24/2021, 4:28 PMOh sorry I misunderstood your initial problem. Have you tried setting your printer to 300dpi? Or in your printer preferences adjust the media size/layout. With shipstation we had to set our label size to 3.1 x 4.7 even though we are printing on 4 x 6 labels just to get the print size to match the labels
It was much better when we used a GK420d instead of the ZT230. For some reason the ZT230s have always had too small print images whenever I've used them. But the GK420d seems to just work out of the box
