Does anyone here have success setting up PrintNode as their WMS mobile printing agent?

We've leveraged PrintNode for all sorts of cloud printing operations directly within NetSuite. NetSuite themselves uses PrintNode for their WMS Driver SKU as well. It's a great service, low cost, reliable. Can be rigged up to any record or in any context to generate documents. We used it in conjunction with ShipEngine to fetch Shipping labels and print them out on demand in alternative contexts to the native ship label printing.

I'm having trouble getting the printers to import. Any tips? I added my external ip address and the API but nothing is coming in
