Hi, I am trying to edit an auto-create GL transaction rule for bank reconciliations. When I click save after editing the rule, the following error pops up "There was a problem processing your request." I checked that all mandatory fields are filled out. Anyone know what this error is or have experience with reconciliation rules? Thanks!

Hi @Gustavo Doná, see the screenshot below. Even if I try to save the rule without changing anything, it shows this error and blocks save. Also, when we do run the reconciliation rules, it is creating doubled memorized transactions.

It's creating 2 charges when you run it?

Since it's a new feature from NetSuite, my recommendation would be to open a ticket with them. It could eventually be a defect
