12/10/2021, 7:59 PMWe are trying to delete this "open" invoice because netsuite understands that there are open amounts. But it doesn't exist. Can someone help me?

12/10/2021, 8:37 PMYou mean there is open invoice on the system but customer balance is zero. There could be an unapplied payment or journal against the customer.
