hello! is anyone here familiar with the ABSI suiteapp, particularly when connecting to an SFTP server? I am getting issues just setting up the Format Profile : configuration on a financial institution. I know my SFTP connection is fine, but when it comes to actually pulling the bank statements, i get an error in the bank import history page that is not found anywhere on the official documentation for ABSI errors:

There was a problem connecting to your financial institution. The remote path is a directory.

If anyone has seen this error in the past and might have a clue to what I may be missing, any help is greatly appreciated!
