Does anyone know if you be notified when a new sales order is entered for a customer?

Not without a saved search notification or a notification via a workflow.

Yep and then new records created/updated option in the email section of the search, something like that.

These tend to be a pain to track down later to figure out what is emailing people if you don't have a clear process. I personally would prefer a workflow to handle this than having to track down what saved search is doing it.

Oh... That's a new idea > So create a workflow that capturers this information and then does what? @Sandii
