Hi all! Anyone knows if it is possible to set a List/Record field using a saved search?

Automatically based on if a value is in a search or to inline edit the field to manually set a value?

I think I'm searching for the first option, but the second one also looks interesting, if it is possible

Workflow with the Saved Search as entry with Actions for the different values. Or a relatively simple scheduled script.
