Is it possible to allow the “employee center” role to access a custom form/record type?

Not that i've seen. It's really hard to customize that employee center

if it’s just a specific custom record then can’t you add Employee Center role under the Permissions tab, and use “Use Permission List”?

I haven't tried that yet, but might be worth it
