Hey All... Does anyone know if there is a way to have pick tickets automatically print? With our Customer Service team working from home now it would be great if once a sales order is entered the pick ticket automatically prints to the assigned printer.

Did a pretty hefty customization at a client a few years back to do this that involved sending emails to a printer to force it to print. Learned a bunch of fun stuff doing it.

Of course - knowing all the things we did for that, and all the trouble we had to go through, I'm pretty sure it wouldn't be so bad for me to deal with now haha.

The biggest obstacles were:

1) NetSuite's spam filters on outgoing emails.
2) The logic behind where a ticket printed
3) Ensuring the ticket printed only once
4) Dealing with Backorders coming back into stock.

<@UER9Q3SGM> Glad to hear it is possible though lol... Currently we only have one location so where the pick ticket is printed I dont think would be a problem. It would go to same printer everytime. We get several duplicate prints from customer service as is haha. But we use RFSmart so even if a few print twice we wont pick twice. As far as back orders I manually reprint those when our shipments come in and I dont think that part would change. We would only want it to auto print the first time it is entered
