I've spent hours looking for an answer. I have two journal entries that were posted to AR, but without customer. They cancel each other out, but are still showing on the aging report. I don't want to just filter them out of the report, I want to clear them off. The periods are closed, so editing the journal entries to add a customer name is not possible. Someone in the past tried to clear them off by creating a "clearing customer", but instead just created two new transactions. I was able to process a $0 payment to clear those off the clearing customer account, but I can't find how to clear the ones that don't have a customer. Any assistance would be greatly appreciated! 🙂

Can always do a period/date mismatch to move from no customer to a customer on the dates of the JEs

I dont think this is possible without reopening the period
