anyone experience a saved search not automatically emailing New Records? For example: I have a saved search meant to catch all fulfillment request for a sales order, it emails me if I cancel a ful request record, but will not email me when a new fulfillment request record is created.

There are some strange criteria that cause the email not to send. I can't recall what they are right now, but I recall running into this a year or so ago. Could you post the criteria you have in your Saved Search?
