Hi Everyone! I have a situation where I have to setup a workflow. On sale order I have custom fields as check box, as user check it, it will send an email to define department to fulfill the order that is successful happen. I have created a user role for the each fulfillment department. Now I want them to see only order that below to them. The condition is a item can be fulfilled by multiple fulfillment departments.
