When setting up an item, we have the ability to set an Alternate Price. How can I control when this price is used instead of the Base Price?

You can choose this on the Sales Order line on the Price Level field.

You can also assign the default price level you want to use on the customer record

weird. Even though I’ve set up the alternate price, and set my customer to use Alternate Price 1, it’s still calculating using the base price.
