Hey NS friends, anyone know how to add RMA approvals to a role? My current role does not allow to approve, but does have RMA permission

I'd look at permissions documentation from SuiteAnswers - I'd expect it to be a transaction permission

both of those are added, still cant approve unless im admin

Maybe there's a workflow on the record?

And to process Returns you will need the role to have Fulfill Orders permission. The Return button will show up on the Vendor Return Authorization form but unless the role has the Fulfill Orders permission, they won’t be able to do it.

Well, I'd be a little self serving to indicate my firm, but we do regularly have folks use salesforce and integrate to NS and we're a bit backlogged. RSM does have a NS and a Salesforce consulting group - though salesforce team is a little newer to being part of the fold - so not as much synergy there as you might expect.
