Does anyone know if there are overall account limits for the “attach file” section on records, or in general the custom field types of ‘Image’ or ‘Document’ or other attachment type fields? I know there are limits on the individual file size, but I mean overall account storage up uploaded files. Our plan is to upload a scans of each of our vendor invoices on the vendor invoice iteself, and also photos of completed work we take on the jobsite. Are we likely to hit a data limit at some point?

I see. Any idea what “Total Storage Size (MB)” is?

all the accounts with whom we work currently show as exceeding their provisioned qty.
Total Storage Size (MB) pertains to your data like transactions, contact information of your employees, customers, vendors, partners; sales records like estimates, opportunities, sales orders, sales invoices, purchase orders, etc. File Cabinet Size (MB) pertains to the files or data you store in Documents > Files > File Cabinet, example of these data are images, customized templates, attachments are business documents.

Ok that makes sense. Thank you!

As a general rule I *strongly * recommend against using your ERP as a file storage system.
Use a proper provider that isn't going to overcharge you for the storage - and use linkages to the records - there are some that have prebuilt connections to NS like Box.Com - or you can use a custom field for documenting links to the records
Also - should things ever go south from an NS relationship standpoint - getting all your shit out in a useable method is not fun.
