We are having the same problem. Rejection emails started going out after 2021.2 release. We filed a case with Netsuite, they are trying to resolve

Apologies for the late reply, it seems there is an issue filed for this. Issue 647257

Recently heard back that this is no longer considered a defect, trying to understand what changed. It is a real problem for us, so many users confused because they are getting emails for time entries that are auto-rejected by design. Previously those did not go out.

@voidle0917 did you hear back from Netsuite on the case you filed 647257?
