Is there a way to test if an scheduled email from a saved search was actually sent (without asking the recipients)? Unfortunately, I am not the owner nor part of the recipients.

I'm not sure if this is related, but many of us are having email send issues that started at about 12:40pm Eastern / 9:40 Pacific. Basically none of our emails have sent since then. Just mentioning if you are chasing email send issues as well.

Some things can be sent via workflow

But I guess a saved search result cannot be sent through a workflow. I don't see any option here. I can pick the saved search as a condition but not as an attachment.

Will it show in Unsent or Delivered emails? I would just add myself to the recipients list for the next run.

At least, not that I am aware of. It didn't the last time I checked a couple releases ago

I have a love hate relationship with emailing saved searches. This is just one of the reasons.

No love for me on this functionality. Similar to the "make copy" it sounds nice and easy, but comes with some disadvantages.

I was working to resolve saved search email sending just yesterday. The Page : Sent Email was displaying the emails as sent from saved searches if that helps.

@Netsuite Tragic that worked! Thanks a lot! Do you know the navigational path? It seems that it's on the Home but I can't trace it. I just globally search "page: sent email".
