Hi, for some reason, on the work order completion page, when I try to add the inventory detail, the lot number shows a dropdown menu. Anyone would know why? It does not do this when I create and enter the inventory detail of an Assembly item. Thanks!!

Is the component a Lot Inventory Item?

@Noel B the assembly item is a lot numbered assembly, and the components some are lot numbered inventory items and some arel ot numbered assembly

Does the ITEM CASPAS101B have multiple serial/lot numbers on the item record?

@Noel B Yes it has over 10 lot numbers on the item reord

I am going to assume that is why there is a drop down menu. It is asking what Lot you want to select from.

@Noel B when I click on the dropdown, nothing appears which I find odd. On assembly builds I have able to input a lot number on the inventory detail
